Crockpot duck?

Anyone have any good crockpot duck recipes? Bret brought home his limit today with duck, so we're going to plan a nice duck dinner for Sunday. Yum! I had no idea what time he was coming home today and I've already started a honey chicken dinner otherwise we would have had roast duck for dinner.

Alexis really took a liking to watching me pick the innards and prepare the ducks for waxing. She and Andrew actually helped Bret wax!

I would have taken pictures but my digital camera is on the fritz now and won't turn on.
